What happened
Coinbase shut Commerce for merchants outside the United States and Singapore on 31 March 2026, with no extensions, and pointed them to Coinbase Business — a custodial platform, as MoonPay's guide describes it.
Merchants in the US and Singapore may have different timelines. Check Coinbase's own notices.

Perly Pay, in short
- 0% of volume. A flat plan: Free up to 21 paid sales a month, then $16, $32, $64, $128 or $512 a month.
- Non-custodial. You connect public keys only (an xpub or zpub from a Ledger or Trezor). Each invoice gets its own address, and the money lands in your wallet. We never hold it.
- Screened. Every sender is checked against OFAC's sanctions list, with TRM Labs as a second opinion and ScamSniffer on the dollar networks. A hit sends the payment to review — how it works.
- Free to test. Test mode on test networks costs nothing, with no limit.

What a month costs
Sales of $100 each. Perly Pay's plan follows the number of sales, not their size.

| $100,0001,000 × $100 | $1,000 | $32Pro | $11,616 |
Coinbase Commerce is closed to most merchants, so the table measures against a gateway taking 1% of volume.
