Subscriptions and reminders
Every period is an invoice. We send it, remind the buyer, and tell you what happened.
Crypto can't be pulled from a wallet. So a subscription renews the honest way: before each period ends we send the buyer an invoice, then reminders until it's paid.
A period's life
- 1
Invoice
Before the period ends, the renewal invoice is emailed.
subscription.renewal_invoice_opened. - 2
Reminders
If it's still open, the buyer is reminded as the end comes closer.
- 3
Paid
The next period starts where the last one ended — no lost days.
subscription.renewed. - 4
Not paid
After your grace days it's Past due, then Unpaid. Access is yours to decide from the status.
Settings
| Setting | What it does |

Changing plans
- A renewal keeps the price the buyer signed up at.
- Upgrades are charged now, prorated for the days left.
- Downgrades start with the next period.
- Canceling stops the next invoice; the paid period runs to its end.
